Pengaruh Supervisi Akademik terhadap Kinerja Guru di Era Kurikulum Merdeka

Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh supervisi akademik terhadap kinerja guru dalam konteks Kurikulum Merdeka. Perubahan paradigma pembelajaran menuntut guru lebih kreatif, adaptif, dan mampu menerapkan strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan kajian kepustakaan untuk menelaah konsep, teori, dan temuan terkait supervisi akademik dan kinerja guru. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi akademik berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kemampuan guru merencanakan pembelajaran, menerapkan strategi yang berpusat pada siswa, mengelola kelas, serta melaksanakan asesmen autentik. Supervisi yang efektif juga berdampak pada motivasi kerja dan komitmen profesional guru. Tantangan supervisi meliputi kompetensi supervisor, budaya supervisi yang belum optimal, dan keterbatasan waktu. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi peningkatan kualitas supervisi melalui pelatihan, komunikasi dialogis, dan pendekatan kolaboratif. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa supervisi akademik menjadi instrumen utama dalam penguatan kualitas guru dan keberhasilan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka.
