This study aims to analyze the influence of religiosity, Islamic financial literacy, and perceived benefits on the use of Shopee PayLater among students of the Faculty of Islamic Studies at Universitas Pamulang. The increasing use of Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) services among students represents an important phenomenon to examine from an Islamic economic perspective, particularly regarding religious understanding, Islamic financial management skills, and perceptions of the benefits of digital financial services. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consisted of students of the Faculty of Islamic Studies at Universitas Pamulang who use Shopee PayLater, with 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics through validity, reliability, classical assumption, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R²), t-test, and F-test analyses. The results show that religiosity has a positive and significant effect on Shopee PayLater usage, while Islamic financial literacy has no significant effect. Perceived benefits have a positive and significant effect on Shopee PayLater usage. Simultaneously, the three variables significantly influence Shopee PayLater usage. These findings indicate that students’ usage behavior is more closely associated with religiosity and perceived benefits than with their level of Islamic financial literacy.
